Lierie : Word from local dialect meaning to bind strands of young vines on horizontal wires.
The freshness of Chardonnay is combined with Pinot Noir and steered by its generous aromas in this wine.

Les Rosiers : The historical guardians of vineyards. Roses bushes still bloom by some of our oldest vines.
Les Princes and Sous le Saint Faron are both aged for 50 years, offering us the opportunity to make this resolutely fruity rosé, which is both silky and intense.
