Certified organic since the 2022 grape harvest
Our aim is to let the terroir on each of our growing plots express itself, and that is why we make every effort to ensure that nothing disrupts these fragile ecosystems. And as caring for the environment is self-evident to us, all of our vineyard is now certified organic.

We do everything possible to protect nature at every stage of the Champagne wines production process, and we are only just getting started!
The vineyard
protecting biodiversity
We have over 4 ha of environmentally-important land, with fallow land, hedgerows, trees and grass strips.
COVER PLANTING AND HOEING
Cover planting in the middle of the row enables us to see that wild flora and fauna are returning, while also reducing soil erosion. Hoeing between the vines helps water to infiltrate and the upper layers of soil to be oxygenated, fostering microbial life.
ESSENTIAL OILS AND RAINWATER
Our watchword when treating the vines: look after the plants with plants, while saving drinking water.
GRINDING VINE SHOOTS
Instead of burning vine shoots after the winter prune, we opt to grind them up. This limits CO2 production and helps increase organic matter in the soils.
The winemaking process

We adopt a hands-off approach during the winemaking process in order to give each wine time to express itself. We give them the time to clarify naturally.

LIGHTER WINE BOTTLES
Our lighter glass bottles conserve resources and reduce CO2 emissions.
Sustainable labels
Packaging produced by a company certified ‘Imprim’ Vert’.
